For real-estate agents

A Unified Client Inbox for Independent Real-Estate Agents

A property lead can ask a first question on Instagram, share documents by email and confirm a viewing on WhatsApp. Linkrium keeps the supported history attached to the person and the next action.

The workflow this page is for#

This is for an independent agent or small office where one person owns the relationship from first enquiry through viewing and follow-up. It is not a replacement for a listing portal, transaction-management system or brokerage CRM. Its job is narrower: make the conversation with one prospect easier to find and harder to forget.

A typical lead might begin with a question under an Instagram listing, move to WhatsApp for quick answers and use email for a brochure or proof of funds. When those identities have been verified as the same person, Linkrium can show the synchronized messages in one chronological contact history while retaining the source label on every item.

From enquiry to dated action#

  1. Connect only the accounts shown as available on the supported networks page.
  2. Send synthetic test messages through the same routes a lead would use.
  3. Review any proposed identity match before combining histories.
  4. Reply through an available route and confirm delivery in the originating provider.
  5. Turn the message that contains the commitment into a task.
  6. Give the task a date and check that it appears on the Tasks board or calendar.

This turns “I should remember to follow up” into a reviewable action without treating an unread badge as a task list.

A five-minute fit check#

Choose one test contact you control. Use that identity on two supported networks, send a property code and a viewing date, then locate both details from the contact history. Create a task called “Confirm viewing for test property,” set a date and reopen the source conversation from the action.

If the identities cannot be associated safely, the required history does not synchronize, or the reply route you depend on is unavailable, keep that workflow in the native app. A unified inbox is useful only when the connection boundary is explicit.

Limits for real-estate work#

Linkrium does not advertise portal ingestion, lead assignment, round-robin routing, listing management, transaction compliance or commission reporting on this page. Large brokerages that need those controls should use a dedicated CRM or shared-inbox platform. Calls, disappearing content, group behavior, templates, history depth and attachments can also differ by provider.

For client data, use accounts you control, apply the minimum permissions and review how connected message data is handled before onboarding a real prospect.
