Channel integrations

Review the provider connections available in Linkrium

Linkrium publishes an integration page only when that provider connection is enabled in the current deployment. Every synchronized message keeps its source identity.

A Linkrium integration receives and sends messages through a supported provider connection, then associates those messages with contacts in the workspace.

Public availability

Use the related integration links on this page and the supported-networks matrix as the source of truth. A network omitted from those links is not offered as a public connection in this deployment.

  • Only enabled connections receive public landing pages
  • Each page documents its authorization method
  • Provider-specific requirements remain in force
  • Unavailable networks stay out of the sitemap

What remains visible

Organization does not erase the source. Users can see which provider delivered each synchronized message and which connected option is used for a reply.

Before connecting

Confirm that you control the provider account, understand its fees and policies, and have permission to message the contacts you import.

Frequently asked questions

Do all integrations support identical features?

No. Attachments, delivery receipts, templates, identity fields and sending rules depend on the provider.

Can one contact use several channels?

When at least two compatible connections are enabled and their identifiers can be associated reliably, their messages can contribute to one contact history.
