Who writes and reviews#

The Linkrium Editorial Team owns research, structure, citations and corrections. The Linkrium Product Team reviews Linkrium capability claims against the production configuration and current product behavior. These are organizational roles; Linkrium does not invent personal biographies or credentials when a named contributor has not supplied them.

Evidence standards#

Provider behavior is sourced from current first-party documentation whenever possible. A page identifies its verification date and surface when those details matter. A documentation review is described as documentation review; it is never presented as hands-on message delivery testing.

Product screenshots must come from the current interface, use controlled test data and avoid exposing real conversations, credentials or personal information. A screenshot is removed or replaced when it no longer represents the published workflow.

Sitemap dates are generated from those content records, while undated static pages omit artificial update dates.

Comparison pages use the competitor's official website, help center, policies and release notes. They state the review date, evidence method and important unknowns. Pricing, supported networks and features can change, so readers should confirm the current offer before choosing a product.

Corrections#

Send a correction with the page URL, disputed statement and supporting first-party source to the address on the contact page. Accepted corrections update the content and its review date. Linkrium does not suppress a substantiated limitation because it weakens a marketing claim.
