Connection differences
Bot-based and account-based workflows do not have identical permissions. Available features depend on the supported setup.
Setup and account control
Open Channels, choose Telegram, enter the account details requested by the current connection and complete any verification or two-step authentication prompt. Connect only accounts or bots you administer and follow Telegram's current platform policies.

Synchronization and troubleshooting
Bot and account connections expose different chats and message types. If a chat is missing, confirm that the connected identity can access it natively, review the connection status and repeat the documented verification flow before reconnecting.
