Email integration
Put email beside the same person's message history
Linkrium uses the email address as a contact identifier and places supported messages in the person's chronological history.
The Linkrium Email integration connects an eligible mailbox so you can view and respond to supported email conversations from the unified inbox.
Email without the silo
The message remains an email, including its source identity, while you can see earlier supported exchanges from other connected channels.
- Address-based contact matching
- Inbound and outbound email history
- Person-based conversation context
- Cross-channel context before replying
Mailbox behavior
Threading, attachments, aliases, folders and delivery behavior depend on the mailbox provider and the current Linkrium integration.
Setup and secure access
Open Channels, choose Email, select the supported mailbox provider and complete its authorization flow. Grant the minimum required permissions and revoke unused connections from both Linkrium and the provider account.
- Send a message into the connected mailbox
- Reply and verify recipients, subject and thread placement
- Check aliases, attachments and history you rely on
- Disconnect the test mailbox and confirm access is revoked
Synchronization and troubleshooting
If a thread or attachment is missing, check the selected mailbox, provider authorization, folders and current history boundary. Reauthorize only after confirming the existing connection is expired or disconnected.

Frequently asked questions
Does Linkrium replace the email provider?
