Connect both accounts#
Email uses the OAuth flow offered for a supported mailbox. Telegram uses phone verification and may require the account’s two-step verification password.
Once connected, send a test message through each provider and confirm the source labels, timestamps, and contact identifiers. Do not merge a Telegram handle and email address unless they belong to the same person.
Keep channel context visible#
Email subjects, recipients, and threading should remain available. Telegram messages may include provider-specific groups, replies, reactions, or media behavior. A combined timeline organizes the common history but cannot promise identical native features.
Search and reply boundaries#
Search covers the content successfully synchronized to Linkrium. History depth depends on connection settings and provider access. Replies use the selected connected route and remain subject to that provider’s availability and account rules.
Check the public compatibility matrix before setup and after any disconnection.
